Wow. Can you believe it? Roughly two years have passed since the last time I updated this DA account. But one of my friends prompted me to do so... and now that I'm in the middle of updating it (adding photos, changing sigs, and adding an avatar) I finally decided to update this journal.

Let's see. I guess I'll start out by saying that I'm out of high school now and moving on with my life. I'm off to UMD (University of Minnesota - Duluth) where I'll be studying to be a Digital Photographer and Graphic Designer Major. I'm also looking into majoring in Computer Science. I'm excited. I'll be in Griggs Hall, if any of you know the UMD campus. It's rather exciting. These last few months have been hectic. I've been setting up and getting ready to move out. :]

I got my laptop, a MackBook Pro, to help me through college. I found out who I'm rooming with and I hope we don't argue too much. Since I'll be in the arts program I am a member of the SFA (School of Fine Arts) and have already made a lot of good friends... many of which are in the SFA Program as Music majors, who are always fun to talk to.

Working? Yea. I'm working this summer. Trying to save enough money for my first year. I just hope that I have enough. I still ref soccer. But news is that I got a job at the MN Orchestra Sommerfest. It's a three week fling but the pay is good and the work is enjoyable. I serve drinks to patrons while listening to the Orchestra. Life at Orchestra Hall is good. That's been time consuming, when I'm working.

Other stuff I'm still into. Gaia. Yes. I'm still around that silly site. This is my 4th year of being around. I currently have a wonderful boyfriend there. He's just so amazing that I can't even articulate my thoughts correctly. He's one of the few things in my life that can keep me sane, next to Photography and cloud gazing. I love you Maxeh.

Erm. More news today. My parents are gone for three weeks, which is uber exciting. I've got the house to myself. I've got my own schedule. And I can handle it. I think I'll do fine at college. XD;; Ooh. I got my ears pierced the other day... and it's something I've wanted to do forever. So this makes me super happy. :]

So now, since I'm ready for college, I'm just relaxing and enjoying the rest of my summer, while it lasts. I hope you're having a wonderful summer and I'll catch you around.
